Facing the Mortgage Crisis: America is in the midst of a mortgage crisis, and the St. Louis region is among the areas being hard hit with more foreclosures than the national average. But many people can be helped if they know where to turn for trusted information. In response, KETC/Channel 9 has launched Facing the Mortgage Crisis, a community initiative with the United Way of Greater St. Louis and numerous nonprofit organizations throughout our region to connect people with trusted information and free services.
